Brandi started her dental career at the age of 16 in Northern Virginia, and 18 years later her knowledge of the dental office has grown to a level of leadership. She received her associate’s degree from Daytona State College in 2002 and continued on in the dental field, expanding her education in all aspects of the dental office. She became a member of the Smile Center team as a dental assistant in 2005 and when the opportunity arose to lead the team she was up for the task. Brandi has an excellent relationship with our patients, as well as our team. She is constantly growing and learning new ways to improve our patient care and encourages the team to provide high quality services in a relaxed environment. Brandi has called Florida her home for over 15 years and currently lives in downtown Orlando. In her free time she enjoys traveling, camping, the beach and spending time with friends.

Sally has been a dental assistant since 2010 and has over 10 years of customer service experience. She has had the opportunity to expand her trainings with Invisalign, Lumineers, Veneers and CEREC. Sally joined our team in February 2014 and knew instantly she was where she belonged. She strives to build relationships with her patients and finds their trust very important and rewarding. Sally enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their two golden retrievers.

Danielle grew up in Winter Springs and started her dental career as a Certified Dental Assistant in 2001. She graduated from Seminole State College with her Associate’s of Arts Degree and then graduated from Daytona State College with her Associate’s of Science Degree for Dental Hygiene. Her passion as a dental professional can be seen throughout the community and right here in our office. Her favorite part of being a health care professional is her positive impact on the health and wellbeing to each individual she attentively serves.
Danielle pays close attention to each person’s needs and detail on the healing process is achieved through education, comfort and ease. She started practicing dental hygiene at Smile Center Orlando in 2011 as a substitute/part-time and as of 2014 has made this her full time job. It has been her lifelong vision to provide quality and comfort to all patients and individuals seeking dental and overall health. In her personal time she enjoys time with her husband (car enthusiast), young son (plays soccer and easily amused), Cat Boo (working her way through all nine lives), friends and family. Danielle loves the beach and traveling.

Susie is the newest addition to our team and fits right in with our enthusiastic team. She is a certified orthodontic assistant with around 30 years of experience. Her caring personality and concern for patients is apparent from the time you enter our office. She is excellent with all our patients but really shines with children. Susie continues to grow and learn new aspects of our office. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her daughter, and enjoys going to the beach, spending time outdoors and water sports.

Leah has been a part of the Smile Center team for many years. After her graduation from Armstrong University she returned to Florida to begin her dental hygienist career. The rapport she has developed with her patients and their families is a source of prideful enjoyment. Both Leah and her patients benefit from her continually educating and motivating them towards keeping healthy smiles. Few things are more rewarding that loving what you do and feeling appreciated for doing it. Leah has been married with two children for nearly forty years. She loves to spend time with her three grandchildren and is excited about the one on the way.

Dee started working with Dr. Altomare in 1991 after moving from Westchester, New York. She went to the University of Florida where she earned her Certified Expanded Function of Dental Auxiliary. During Dee’s 23 years of experience, her priority has always been to achieve patient satisfaction and make sure each person walks out of the office with a beautiful smile. She strongly believes in educating patients and helping them achieve healthy smiles. Her beliefs and faith are also devoted to those in need around the world, which is by Dee annually takes time to visit other countries as a missionary to spread dental education and donate supplies to those in need. Her caring and generous personality make her a valued asset to our team.

A native of Kanas City, Joyce moved to Florida 30 years ago with a background in the legal field. She spent the past 22 years working at the Smile Center and is the first face you will see when you are enter our office. Her gentle way will instantly make you feel at ease about your dental visit. She enjoys the interactions with patients and helping the business side of the practice. Joyce has two young grandchildren who live in Central America and she enjoys traveling to see them. Other interests include interior design, singing in her church choir, and thrift store shopping.

Deitra has had lots of professional practice at the Smile Center Orlando. She started her career as a dental assistant with Dr. Altomare more than 20 years ago. During her tenure at the practice, Deitra continued her education into the hygiene area. Now, Deitra is a registered dental hygienist and brings a multitude of dental experience to both her patients and her Smile Center team members. She’s equally concerned about her patients’ overall health and happiness as she is about their dental health. As a native Floridian, Deitra has lived in and loved Orlando for 25 years. Along with her husband of nearly 30 years and their child, Deitra enjoys all the sunshine state has to offer.

Ironically, one of the newest members of the Smile Center team, Loni lived has lived in Central Florida from the beginning, her beginning, that is. Born and raised in Orlando, Loni graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the accounting and financial fields. As a person comfortable with matters of money, as well as dental issues, Loni is passionate about helping patient feel at ease about both their dental care, as well as how they’re going to take care of it. While she’s not working at the Smile Center, Loni enjoys spending time with her two beautiful girls, husband and family.

Nina has been with the Smile Center for over 15 years and is passionate about getting the most accurate insurance information to our patients. She engages everyone with a one of a kind personality and is eager to ease the complexity of understanding insurance. Nina has called Florida home for several years and when not on the back of a motorcycle, you can find her enjoying time spent with her husband and two beagles.
