What Is Juvederm?

What Is Juvederm?

Hyaluronic acids, collagens are obtained from pigs, cows, cadavers or may be artificially generated in the lab. Fillers are generally sugar molecules which includes calcium hydroxylapatite, polycaprolactone and polylactic acid.


It is known as “injectable” or “soft-tissue fillers” as they try to lift up the area. Some fillers are natural some are synthetic but people use this to look younger. After all who doesn’t want to stay young and happy; as” being happy never goes out of style”.

The injected area should not be touched at least for six hours. Rinse your face with plain water and try avoiding heavy makeup and soaps. Juvederm is safe and helps to correct your flaws, but patients who are allergic towards protein might get affected by it, having allergies and rashes in the face. Skin may start to itch or skin color may change.

How Does Juvederm Work?

It is smooth gel that is fabricated of cross-linked hyaluronic acid elements. It is injected into areas of wrinkles and crease and the patient is left for a while to see the effect.
